The Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation (JEDCO), in partnership with the Jordan Green Building Council (Jordan GBC) and the Jordan Chamber of Industry, organized a seminar on the concept of green facilities in Jordan and how to transform into a green facility targeting the industrial and service sectors. : Eng. Abdullah Badir and Dr. Bassam Al-Zoubi from the Jordan GBC board members participated as speakers and facilitators of the session.
The session revolves around defining green facilities and shedding light on the available methods and best practices in relation to these facilities and how this would provide a number of benefits, including increasing the competitiveness of the local product and reducing costs. In addition to presenting a number of success stories for leading factories in Jordan that have achieved economic benefits under the support programs available locally.
