Jordan Green Building Council attended the launch ceremony of the Jordan Chamber of Industry for the Green Factory Award - GFA as part of the Green Actions in the Enterprises - GAIN project, which is a national award that aims to encourage industrial establishments to apply best practices. Sustainable production and resource efficiency in the fields of energy, water and the environment, and reduce the negative environmental impact of industrial facilities. This award is in partnership with several government agencies, the Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply, the Institution for Standards and Metrology, the Royal Scientific Society, local industrial chambers, and local experts specialized in the field of energy, water and environment management.
