The window frame up-cycling initiative under the Green Affordable Homes Project is among the finalists for: (Best Sustainable Initiative of the Year)
Jordan Green Building Council is pleased to announce that it has reached the finalists in the competition announced by (BIG FIVE) in the category: (Best Sustainable Initiative of the Year) for the window frame reuse initiative. and it was great to see the impact of the Green Affordable Homes Project on a regional level, as it introduced the concept of creative reuse to create green functional products from reused window frames and straw: shading devices, which were worked on by local women and refugees in Deir Alla and Ad Dulayl and resulted in More than 40 shade devices were used through the project, thus providing job opportunities and creating environmental products by reusing old window frames.
