Engineer Shifaa holds the position of Director of the Energy Efficiency Department at the Ezzat Marji Group. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Jordan. She holds several international certificates in the field of energy management, including Certified Energy Auditor (CEA), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and Lighting Efficiency Expert. Certified (CLEP), Renewable Energy Expert (REP). In addition to being a certified trainer for both Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) and Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certifications. She has more than 17 years of experience in the field of designing heating and air conditioning systems, solar thermal systems, and energy-saving products, in addition to her experience in the field of energy efficiency and management, energy auditing, and green buildings. She is a member of the administrative body of the Jordanian branch of the International Organization of Energy Engineers (AEE).
